'No More Smoking' workshop schedule

Smoking is a self-medicating habit used to reduce stress.  Although the deep breath of a "drag" does relax the body, the toxins that are absorbed with it are lethal, contributing to a host of lung and heart related ailments.  The real culprit is stress.  Smoking is just a symptom.  Smoking itself is a habit which takes 21 days to reprogram. This powerful two-part workshop addresses both the smoking habit and the cause.  It includes:

  • An short overview of hypnosis
  • An explanation of the mechanics of stress plus tools and techniques to control it.
  • Instruction on proper breathing to reduce and control stress.
  • Worksheets to identify stress level and smoking cues.
  • Hypnosis for ego-strengthening and habit control.
  • Reinforcement CDs of each session to anchor suggestion and permanently change behavior. 

 

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.  There is a $500 charge per session for groups of 20 or less.  Fees for larger group vary according to size.
